1. What The Pep Tester Is
The Pep Tester, LLC ("we," "us") publishes independent laboratory analysis and related information about products marketed for research use only ("RUO"). We are an information service. We do not sell, manufacture, distribute, prescribe, or endorse the use of any compound. Nothing on this site is medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation to purchase or use any product. Test results describe the specific sample and batch tested on the date shown; batch-to-batch variance is expected, and results are not a guarantee of any vendor's future products.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, resold, or pooled.
3. Membership & Billing
Membership is offered monthly ($49/month) or annually ($350/year). Card payments are billed through Stripe; annual memberships may alternatively be paid in full via Zelle (manually verified — access granted upon confirmation, no auto-renewal; we email you before your year ends). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period. Founding-member annual pricing remains at the founding rate for as long as the subscription stays active. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; if something's wrong, contact us and we'll make it right where we can. We may change pricing for future renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Member Content License (COAs & Data)
Test results, COA comparisons, rankings, scores, and reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, resell, or systematically download member content, or share member-only documents outside your account. Quoting limited excerpts with attribution ("per The Pep Tester") is permitted. Vendors may not use our results, marks, or names in marketing except under a written Verified-mark license.
5. Acceptable Use
No scraping, automated harvesting, credential sharing, probing or circumventing access controls, or interfering with the service. No use of the service to harass any person or entity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused time at our discretion where the violation is minor.
6. Test Requests & Votes
Member votes guide, but do not bind, our testing schedule. We make no guarantee that any particular vendor or product will be tested in any period. Vendors cannot pay to be tested, ranked, retested, or removed; any attempt to manipulate voting may result in account termination.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We rely on independent third-party laboratories; while we publish our methodology and chain-of-custody practices, we do not warrant that any result is error-free. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on published information. Products discussed on this site are marketed by their sellers for research use only and are not approved for human use; we do not encourage or condone any particular use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Disputes; Governing Law

11. Changes
